What is the cost?
Unfortunately our pricing varies depending on the exact service you require and the extent of assistance you need. We’ll be happy to provide you with an exact price once we speak with you!
Do you work on Apple devices?
We do not currently offer any services for Apple devices due to the troubles that come with working on their devices. (See Apple and Right-To-Repair)
Time to complete custom computer build.
Timing varies depending on both the components you select and their availability respectively. Certain components are consistently on back-order and may affect the time to complete your custom computer build. Our usual turnaround time for custom computers with readily available components is two weeks.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Cash as well as Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks. We accept personal or business checks only for repair services.
Is there a diagnostics fee?
We charge a diagnostics fee for any computers that are brought in for repair, however, that fee is charged only in the event you decide not to repair the device. If we are the ones repairing the affected device, the diagnostic fee is credited back onto your total bill.
